Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the check-in was smooth, and the rooms were spacious, I was disappointed with the service regarding late checkout and the quality of the breakfast. The hotel has potential but falls short in customer service and dining options.
My stay at the Pullman Hotel and Resort in Baku was a wonderful experience overall. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with spectacular views of the city, really made my visit memorable. I loved the wellness facilities, but the location felt a bit isolated from the main attractions, which could be inconvenient. The dining options showcased authentic Azerbaijani cuisine, though an occasional variety in breakfast choices would have been nice.
My stay at the hotel was mostly delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and unbelievably comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was exceptionally attentive, especially at check-in and during our dining experiences. However, the hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, which required a bit of a trek to explore local attractions. Despite this, the amenities provided a great experience overall.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from the main attractions, which can be inconvenient, but overall, it is a well-maintained property with nice amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. However, the breakfast could really use some improvement, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow. Still, I had a great stay and loved exploring Baku's stunning architecture and friendly culture.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with some standout features like the wonderfully comfortable beds and friendly staff. The spa was a bonus, and the underground pool was impressive, but I did find the location a bit inconvenient as it’s quite far from the city center. Still, the ambiance and amenities made my experience worth it.
